i own a day care.i have been running a day care center for kids below 3yrs.for the past 4yrs.the business is good given the social challenges parents go through and the unreliability of house helps/nanny.since most parents doesn't trust house helps,its natural that they will come service provider like me given my reputation and this is where i want to concentrate.my my average monthly costs is $100 and my average profit margin is $60.i incur a lot of losses in broken toys since most toys available are of low quality hence frequent break down.i have an education policy for my children,20% of the profit i use to insurance premiums, 30% i reinvest in the business and 10% i use on home improvement
i will buy,100 baby dolls for girls @10 car toys for 50boys @ 20$ since girls are more than boys that's why there is discrepancies in numbers.this items will enable kids enjoy not only the place but will entertain them,allow them to communicate with one another,allow them to make friends and socialize,help them develop their IQ.this will put my business above the rest i.e i will be competitive.i expect my profit to increase by 20%
