My name is Elizabeth Okai. I am 18 years of age. I am a Ghanaian and I live in Madina. I attended St. Peter's Mission School for my junior high education and Methodist Girls for my secondary school education.

After school, I decided to venture into business to be able to sponsor my tertiary education. My mother is a petty trader, so things are not rosy at home. I often help her in her trade. I thought of establishing my own business to lift the burden off my parents and create a better future for myself.

Ghana is a very peaceful country with fertile land. Agriculture is a very prosperous business here. My hobbies are listening to music and reading.

I deal in buying and reselling cosmetics, shoes, bags and jewellery. There are lots of ladies and women who fancy the goods I sell. I chose this kind of business because it's a business that sells out quickly. Sometimes one person can buy three to four different items at one time. I use about $100 to get my goods and I get back a 50% profit, which is $50. I save my profits for school in a bank, then I use the rest to continue my business.

I will use this loan to pay for my registration fee to start my masters in IT law in september, 2019.

Thanks to you, I completed my undergrad program in Information Technology Management last year and now i seek for your assistance in starting my masters degree.

Its a tw0 year program and i hope to complete it and work towards my phd in the near future.

A semester costs 6,600 cedis but the first semester costs 8230 cedis due to miscellaneous fees.

Getting this degree will increase my chances of getting my dream job as a IT consultant in the near future and reduce the perception that girls are not good in IT.

I hope to finish in two years and use my knowledge to better my business and the community as a whole.
