Am mary macharia, born and raised in Nakuru.

I join primary in the year 2000 upto year 2007 later I joined high school in the year 2008 to 2011. I used to go to school very far and on foot but I passed my exams very well. I started my business as a small scale farm. My child wants to be a lawyer when she grows up. I like reading books

I sell vegetables, they are useful because its something thats used daily by people and thats why I chose it. My profit is used to reinvest. I started this business as as small scale farmer but now its large scale.

Zidisha funds will help me enlarge my farming. Vegetable farming can provide fresh produce for my family, income through sales, and job opportunities for the community. It also promotes healthy eating, food security, and community development. Plus, you can share or sell produce to neighbors and local markets
