I come from a large artistic family. I live in Dakar, and my occupation is selling seafood such as fresh fish, shrimp, lobster, red carp, etc. I received my secondary education and got my diploma. I studied information sciences, computer programs like Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word, and am learning the national language Wolof. Due to lack of work in my field, I launched a seafood business to earn my livingand help my parents.
I have a small business distributing products such as fresh fish and seafood. I have a supplier who lives near the beach. I also have a high demand, because my other products are better than other suppliers and it is 100% profitable. I can have a 100% profit because I have a lot of demand from hotels, inns, and luxury restaurants. I also have connections with influential people in the capital and potential clients in the countryside.
I am going to use the 60,000 to buy fish. Each kilo of fish costs me 2,000 Francs and I sell it for 3,500 Francs to hotels, hostels, restaurants and private individuals. I divide the profits I earn in two parts, one being used to support my family.
