Currently, I take care of my fruit processing unit. I set up a unit that processes mainly local fruits and also those from elsewhere. I transform the fruit in granules for instant fruit juice. These granules are ready for consumption. You need only to add water to them to obtain juice. We also produce granules of millet to be used in porridge, cakes. The fruits that I use the most are: tamarind, creepers, bissap, ginger, lemon, pineapple, baobab fruit, mangoes ... Also, it often mix different fruits together as cocktails, for example pineapple and lemon or tamarind and ginger
Currently I am working on the the production of shea granules. I already sell dried shea fruit as well as the juice, that is appreciated. If our customers like shea granules, by next year I plan to add them to our production. The idea came from a friend who produced bissap granules. She showed me how she did it and I applied the knowledge I have gained to other fruits. Thus, we add value to these fruits and we increase their shelf life, since most of them are quickly perishable.
The fruits that I use the most are: tamarind, lianas, the hibiscus, ginger, lemon, pineapple, monkey bread, mangoes ... Also, it often happens to me mixing between these fruits for cocktails. I eg pineapple lemon, tamarind ginger ... Currently I experience the production of shea granules. I sell shea already dried and the juice that is appreciated. If our customers like shea granules, next year I plan to add them to our production. The idea came from a friend who was bissap pellets. She showed me how they were made and I spread the knowledge I have gained to other fruits. We value and these fruits and we increase their life as most are quickly perishable. The loan of 182,000 francs will be very crucial and decisive to improve my living conditions.
