My name is Williams. I hail from the Eastern Region of Ghana in a town called Awukugua but currently resides and work in Sunyani, the regional capital of the Brong Ahafo Region of Ghana. I start my education in Sunyani at Fiapre Unban Council Basic School. Though financing of my education was a bit tough, my parents did their best to see me through. I was able to further my education through to the technical school and through to the polytechnic in Sunyani. At Sunyani Polytechnic, I read Building Technology and upon completion I established myself as a construction assistant. I have been in this business from that period till now and I currently teach at Don Bosco Technical Institute along side offering my services as a construction assistant to people who need such services. I enjoy reading articles and advising young people especially when it comes to living a morally upright life and choosing a fulfilling career.
After my marriage, I relocated from my neighborhood in odumase to Bakoniaba, all suburbs in Sunyani. Bakoniaba is a community surrounded by students from two universities, The University of Energy and Natural Resources and The Catholic University College of Ghana, Fiapre. In this neighborhood, I realized that students were very reluctant to wash their clothes and as such they were taking it to the laundry due to the fact that they needed more time to concentrate on their studies. However, there was no such service around as the few laundry services was far from this community. About a year ago, myself and my wife started offering such service in our house and it gradually caught the attention of the students due to the quality services we offer to them. We have been doing this manually from the time we started till now. However the business is growing and we have to wash large quantities of clothes especially on weekend. The need for a washing machine now is inevitable and our target now is to get one in order to improve the service we do and provide our service within time.
