I am Robert Birongo Maunga born in the year 1996 in a family of seven three boys two girls in the Huruma estate Eldoret, went to Huruma primary school then proceeded to Uasin Gishu secondary school upto form three, unfortunately I wasn't able to finish highschool due to lack of funds when my parents passed on in a road accident. In the year year 2014 I started looking for odd jobs to support my siblings because they were younger. Fortunately in the year 2020 we got a well-wisher who helped my younger siblings through school, through that I was able to go to a tatiary training college where I learnt welding. After finishing my course I started at saving a little that got to so that I can buy my own welding machine. In the year 2024 I was able to raise enough money to buy my own welding machine .I like watching wildlife documentaries.

My business is welding and fittings where I repair and make metal doors windows etc. In my job it requires My me to have welding wires, grinding discs cutting blades metal bars. I also require a clamp and some other tools for the fitting business.

The funds I will recive will help me acqure my own KPLC electricity meter which I currently share with other neighbouring businesses. I will also buy metal material in bulk which

I use to make doors and windows which will save on transport cost. I wiill also buy some essential fitting tools for my fitting business.
