Well i run a cyber cafe named as bejoska cyber cafe at salman centre which borders both kenyatta university and jomo kenyatta university campuses. At my enterprise i offer the following services;browsing, batch printing ,photocopying, scanning also i supply printing papers to stationary shops in this area. Dear Sir/Madam,
RE:REASON FOR THE SECOND BORROWING
Am very much grateful knowing Zidisha I give thanks to the almighty God and also I cannot forget to give thanks to Zidisha for giving me this second opportunity to borrow again money which has helped me to expand my business.
I would like to introduce myself once again. My name is Josphine Datrisa Wafula, I am a businessperson owning a cyber café in Kenya. I have a borrowing history with your organization where I have completed repayment of prior loan ahead of schedule to allow me the opportunity to seek further loan to expand my budding business. The loan has been necessitated by the uptake of business in the recent past where I have witnessed increased demand for the services.
As afore-mentioned, my business is in the Information Communication and Technology (ICT) sector. The sector has been having increased demand nationwide, aided by various factors including government initiatives, higher population of students across various levels, increasing numbers of professionals who outsource parts of their information processing work, among others. At the local level, Nakuru town where the business is situated has seen increases in the number of Universities from Two universities five years ago to over 7 now and a number of other tertiary institutions . The same trend has been witnessed in the banking sector with virtually all national banks represented locally. Other professionals who have increased the demand for services offered by my business include lawyers, contractors, doctors and teachers/lecturers.
Amid this growing service demand, my business has not been able to scale up its operations to meet the market needs. This can be explained by limited availability of resources up-front to increase the business capacity. Already the business has space in a centrally located building and has had no problems taking care of utilities, rent, labour and other items for running the business. But the business has not been able to offer printing, photocopying and enough workstations for the patrons.
Therefore, at the moment, I make a request for loan to enable me acquire a printer, photocopy machine, and 5 additional desk top computer.
Yours faithful,
Josephina Wafula.
