I am the last born of a family of four. My passion for youth development and farming made manifest when I was 16years old. I studied Agriculture at the Senior High level and tertiary level. The problem of youth unemployment challenged me to start my own business in Landscape development. I now have a poultry farm business to support my community and earn an income. Togetherness is one unique key in my nation Ghana. My hobby is reading, farming and research.
Greepec farms is into snail rearing, mushroom and poultry farming. It is a lucrative venture due to the high demands by people and its profitability. Also since most of our diet intake is animal protein the business has yielded me good returns to take care of my family and parents. Feeding cost is a major challenge but profit is about 80% assured after sales. Mostly i use profit to expand my business.
Poultry feed is very critical in my farming business. I therefore require 50 bags of grower mash to feed my broilers on a daily basis to meet market value size and price of birds. A loan request of $400 will enable me to purchase the feed for this purpose, that is, promote the quick growth of the birds. A bag of grower mash cost $8.
I therefore request the support of lenders to support me in this regard.
