About Me

My name is Vida Ashalley, I live in kuntunse a town near Nsawam in the eastern region of Ghana.
I am a married woman with four beautiful daughters,
I am a trader, deal in vegetables mainly fresh tomatoes, pepper, garden egg.
I am also a food retailer in my neighborhood.
I love to sell all kinds of food stuff when the need arise.

My Business

I retail cook food popularly called in Ghana as wakye (bean and rice).In the morning my schedule starts with cooking my food and selling.
I cook for school children and the general public. I am always happy to see people enjoy my food on a daily basis. My intension is to establish a well class restaurant in the future.
On a typical day, I make 100GHS. With the income i make, put part of the income aside as profit which I sometime fall on to provide the needs of my children and family.

5 litres of vegetable oil cost $50.00
Other cost for production includes cooking gas to cook my food which will cost $30.00
This items are going to be used to cook white rice and vegetable stew to sell to the general public.
It important to take inventory of theseveral item since without it, I cannot cook to seLloyd and which will affect myour business.
