About Me

Am krong Mohammed come from berekum and stay at br3yenkwa on high street of seikwa road. i am in a family of fourth and i am the frist born of my parents.My father passed on when i was in the basic school. After completion of basic school i waited for a year before i was able to go to the high school at Berekum senior high in Berekum. whiles waiting at home i joined my mother who was into cassava farm. i work with my mother till i gain an admission into the high school. i helped her till i completed the high school, based on this i had some experience in cassava farming and she also supplied to me some stickes that i can also use in the farming. this business is much lucrative for me, with this i have been able to gain an admission into the teacher training and also helping the family finacially.hobbies are listen to music,reading and been with the family.

My Business

i had been into this business for at least three years, i now have three laborers that i am working with. whom i pay about $80.00 per month. I sell cassava and tomatoes to supplement my revenue..
These services are useful because they offer a permanent employment to my employee. These goods are on high demand such as vegetables, which is on high demand on the planting season.cassavaspecifically are on high demand in my area,therefore the goods and services are useful.eg.cassava can be use for (gari,fufu,etc)
I chose this business because i had a passion and a lot of curiosity for agribusiness,the climate favors the business too. i spend about $120.00 farm inputs , extension services costs and land maintenance monthly. The costs increase as the number of crops increases.
I reinvest part of my profits in my growing business. I also use the other part in home improvements .

Loan Proposal

when the requested loan is offered to me i will buy some cassava sticks to expand the business and also buy some fertilizers to apply to it to have a better yield and some pesticides to protect the farm from being attack by pest. when this loan is given to me my profit margin is going to increase and the family will benefit and i will also use some of the income to pay my tuition fees for the teacher training. i will also use some to repay the loan as agreed by me on the filling of the loan
