About Me

My name is Felix Ler. I come from Nadom in upper west region of ghana but I live inNkwatia kwahu of eastern region. Am 26years old. Am fair in complexion. I'm fine and half feet tall. I have a big head with small ears. A big forehead and pointed nose. I have a smallish neck and broad shoulders and shapeless body size. I enjoy rice and stew as my favorite. like being with friends and also engaging in outdoor games and other activities. Am a very humble person and love being nice to people.

My Business

I have being in the mouldings of blocks for building for the past five years. It's so common every young person is putting up a house. Building blocks is what comes on mind first as far as building a house comes into mind. And so I decided to involve myself into moulding blocks. Each block moulded is subjected to an amount and so the more you error out more, the more money you get. Due to the rush on buying of blocks, I need to get a better machine so I can earn enough money from my business.

Loan Proposal

I want to buy a cement for making building blocks. A bag of cement costs GHS 30.00 and so GHS can buy 20 bags of cement.
When this happens, I can make as many as 700 blocks. Of which each block costs, 0.30. I may gain a profit of GHS 210 per 20 blocks.
Nowadays, building houses is every young person’s dream, due to this building blocks is in higher demand.
