My name is Ayiwa Philipa. I come from Nkwatia in the Eastern Region of Ghana. I'm 22 years of age. I'm not tall. I'm black in complexion and a round shape.
I ended my education after high school. I have both my parents alive. I have four siblings and me, three males and two females plus me.
I like eating banku and hot pepper stew. I enjoy watching telenovelas on tv
Since I cloud no more continue from high school, I decided to go into an apprenticeship as a dressmaker. I'm now a master on my own now.
I sole dresses and uniforms for my customers. I decided to go into dressmaking because every customer wants to look nice and different in his or her outfit and hence, dressmaking is the choices of the people.
Anytime I make a dress, I give out it's price depending on the cost involved. I use some of the profit to buy new materials and sole them and then tag a price for sale at my working palace so anyone who find it attractive buys it right away.
I will buy some of these latex materials in town and then some for sale. When it happens this way it will avoid me from the Rangoon of which I have to be making dresses for my customers.
After making the cloths, I make calculations on how much I spent on and then add my profit to it.
