About Me

ABOUT ME
Born in 1990 in Tamale to Mr. Dokurugu and madam Fati, I grew up in a neighborhood called Choggu Yapalsi ( a suburb of Tamale metropolist ) . Life at childhood was quiet difficult for our family. My father, Dokurugu, was a peasant farmer and my mother a petty trader. Their combined income was not enough to cater for seven (7) children. I had my basic education at choggu yapalsi primary and junior high school as well. i had my senior high school at Tamale Islamic S enior High School. I am currently at Bagabaga College of Education pursuing Science Education.
The worst hardship I faced as a young boy growing up was at the time I had gained admission into college after the demise of my father in 2012. My mother gave me half of the school fees. I labored for a construction company in Tamale for three (3) months in other to get money to add up to what my mother offered so tha my college fees could be paid. I paid my college fees successfully with some cash left at hand. I asked myself what I could do with GHS 600 as a student. should I just spend it anyhow. No!. I thought of starting a business and I finally landed in selling Mobile Phone Credit Cards. This small business helped me to pay the rest of college fees.
I live in a very diverse cultural setting where multiple ethnic groups live together in peace and in harmony. different cultural festivities are celebrated in Tamale due to the diverse nature of those ethnic groups living together. Therefore, Tamale is unique in terms of the diversity of cultural heritage found in the land. I like playing football and reading novels of all kinds

My Business

Credit cards and Mobile Money Business vendor
I am into mobile phone credit cards and mobile money transfer business where I retail in credit cards to customers of all the communication networks in Ghana via MTN, VODAFONE, TIGO, GLO.
The demand for credit cards is in high esteem which is as a result of the fact that communication through mobile phone has become an indelible part of our daily life. Children as young as 8 years now owns a cell phone in Tamale. The market is so huge that I make not less than GHS 30.00 profit per day. This kind of business is lucrative in a sense that profit margin increases on daily basis. I usually place other for credit every two days which normally cost GHS 700.
Averagely, I make GHS 30 profit every day. I usually save GHS 10 every day for reinvestment in to the business. GHS 20 is used for my school fees and home improvement as well.

Loan Proposal

I will buy a mobile phone to replace my lost mobile phone. I use this phone for mobile money transfer and I recently lost that phone in a taxi I bored. I am able to get my sim card from MTN but the phone is lost forever. Retailing mobile money as a vendor demands dedicating a specific phone for that purpose and so I humble seek for a loan to buy a new phone for my business.

I will use this loan to buy more sim cards and again,i will use it to stock more credit scratch card such as mtn , Vodafone, tigo and Airtel..
I will also use this loan in addition to the little amount that I have to do mtn mobile money.
If am granted the opportunity I will use the loan to do Vodafone Cash.

I used the loan to purchased mtn, vodafone tigo and other networks,i usually buy some small, but now I can buy more than 1000simcards for customers to buy .Am not regret for taken this loan.. Buying simcards I had made a difference and a great impact on this loan..I usually go home 50ghana cedis as interest earned .So I use the interests earned to rebuy more sims into my business so it had increased from 1000 cedis to 2000ghana cedis...I had gain a lot from been part of zidisha Incorporated, I argue that people should resh and join zidisha to expand their businesses........
