About Me

My name is Sita Sidibé and I am from Burkina Faso. I was born ans was raised in Nasso, a village locatted around 17km from the town of Bobo Dioulasso. I was brought up in a family of 7 children, of which 3 girls. My fathers job was cultivator and so was my mother. After primary and secondary school, I quickly learnt how to turn 5 francs into 10 - a local expression to say of a person how works relentlessly to improve his life - Thanks to a girlfriend, I learnt to know Zidisha and I didn'd hesitate to apply for a loan, and to be able to grow my cabbage business.

My Business

My company does business in cabbage, tomatoes and oignon seeds. Right now, the times are great for seeds and selling of cabbage. I inherited 2 hectacres from my parents and I am fully devoted to this job. Gardening means everything to me and I have over 10 years of experience. My biggest challenge is to find support, in particular by means of micro-finance, this to enhance transport and farm inputs. I would like to use this opportunity to thank my lenders and members of Zidisha who support businesses throughout the world, particularly in Africa.

Loan Proposal

My business is the seed sprouts, tomatoes and onions. Currently it is a very good time for the seed sprouts and marketing. I received 2 hectares from my parents and I devote myself to heart joy in this activity. Gardening is everything to me and I have to my credit more than 10 years of experience. My biggest challenge is to find effective support especially in the microfinance sector to facilitate the transport and the purchase of inputs. I take this opportunity to thank the lenders and members Zidisha that help entrepreneurs throughout the world and particularly in Africa. The loan of 177,215 CFA francs of which I seek will allow me to pay my fertilizer for my garden.

About Me

Mon nom est Sita Sidibé et je suis Burkinabè de nationalité. Je suis né et a grandi à Nasso, village situé a peu près 17 km de la ville de Bobo Dioulasso. Je viens d'une famille de 7enfants dont 3 filles. Mon père est cultivateur de profession de même que ma mère. Après l'école primaire et secondaire, j’ai vite appris à tourner cinq francs en dix francs;( expression utilisée pour dire ici de quelqu’un qui travaille sans relâche pour améliorer sa situation ). Grace a une amie, j’ai fais la connaissance de Zidisha et je n’ai pas hésité à postuler dans l’objectif de faire prospérer mon activité de vente de choux.

My Business

Mon entreprise consiste à la semence de choux, de tomates et d’oignons. Actuellement c’est une période très propice pour la semence et la commercialisation de choux. J’ai bénéficié de 2 hectares de la part de mes parents et je m’adonne a cœur joie à cette activité. Le jardinage est tout pour moi et j’ai à mon actif plus de 10 ans d’expériences. Mon plus grand défi est de trouver un soutien efficace en particulier dans le secteur de la micro finance pour faciliter le transport ainsi que l’achat des intrants. Je voudrais saisir cette occasion pour remercier les prêteurs et les membres de Zidisha qui aident les entrepreneurs à travers le monde et en particulier en Afrique.
