About Me

My name is Monicah Jabuya,i was born in in Kisumu county in Ahero village.Am only a form four graduate and despite doing so well in my final examination i was not able to continue because my parents were not able to support me further since they are just small scale farmers. After high school a got a job in a restaurant as a cleaner and with long experience i learn how to cook several food before i was promoted to a cook.Later after some years i decided to start my own restaurant in my area since i wanted to get myself employed and earn more so that i can be able to support my family too.

My Business

In my business i provide ready food services.I make African bread and tea, chapati and beans, ugali.Mostly i make delicious Kenyan food and sell to my locals. In business of food staff there is a very high demand all the time since food is essential commodity to human being. Also here there are several motorbike operators who depends on ready made food because most of them are not yet married and have no one to cook for them at home.I chose this kind of business since food demand is not seasonal so as long as you make good food you will always growing business wise.I also wanted to make my own money which could be subsidence to support my needs and that of my family.
