About Me

I am the first in a family of four children, I completed primary education at Nanginia primary school and joined kolanya girls ,secondary school ,but at my second year of study , I had to drop out of school and joined local day school after the death of my father. I procedure after secondary education to Nairobi where I did hair dressing and beauty.
I hardship I experienced when starting my business was lack of capital and access to finance. I had to work for two years to save for my start up capital.
The teso community has diverse culture and there are the teso shrines were we go for special prayers and rinsing,we grow tobacco as cash crop and sorghum as staple food.
my child wants to be a pilot when she grows up ,she likes seeing planes fly over and always wishes she flies them one day.
I love dancing and nature walk during my free time.

My Business

I provide services like manicure, pedicure, hair dressing, massage and plating. the demand for the services is high because I am social ,outgoing and always offer quality services at fair prices.
I choose these business because it needed less capital to start and is easy to manage and run.
my typical costs per month are $150 and my monthly revenues are $380 per month.
I use the revenues to pay fees for my child, support my young sisters and brothers and take care of my aging mother.

Loan Proposal

Good morning dear lenders, I hope you are having a nice weekend, mine is busy as usual, and I am happy to request for my first loan to help me add more beuty products to my saloon so that my shop becomes a one stop centre and clients would not be walking out to buy the products they need. I would use the $60 to buy oils .I expect my revenues to increase by $40 per month.thank you God bless you.

I received the loan and invested very well ,I however had to top up with savings to acquire the solar and that made me reschedule the loan. Due to increased efficiency the business picked up well very fast and therefor I have been able to repay my loan on time. zidisha is the best , I value zidisha.
