My name is Rayler Moraa, aged 23. I come from Kisii and was born in Kenya to a family of 6 children and me being being the 4th. I finished high school in the year 2008 and joined college in 2009 where I did Business Management.
I started a business because jobs aren't easy to get. During my free time i engage myself in church activities, reading as well as listening to music.
My business is situated in Kisii along the old Kisumu road next to Uhuru Plaza. I sell clothes for both women and kids. I started the business with a capital of KSHS 30,000 of which KSHS 22,000 was from my personal savings and KSHS 8,000 came from contributions from my family. The business is a success so far and I make a profit of about KSHS 8,000 per month.
My targeted customers are women and children. I chose that market because it functions throughout the year and is readily available. I choose clothes of good material and colour all for the best interest of my customers.
I am looking forward for a Zidisha loan to help me add clothes for the sales and branding of my business.
I will use the money from this loan to buy more stock of second hand clothes. I will be getting some clothes for children, ladies and some for gents as well. I would like to get more stock, but my loan size wouldn't allow it.
Thank you for giving me this chance to grow my business.
I am 24 years old and am a student by proffession. I finished high school with goods in the year 2008,I was unable to join university due to financial reasons.luckily I secures a job at a nearby college where I worked as a tea girl while studding at part time hours.after completing my studies I got a job as a sales girl.from job I gained exprience and was able to save too.I have dreams of owning my own boutique.from the savings I decided to give it so I got a shop and bought some items to start with. at free my free time I enjoy reading novels, watching movies.
