My Business

I am a business lady operating a Dairy Milk shop, commonly known here as (Milk bar) My business is situated at a shopping centre known as kwa- light shopping centre, It is on Njoro-Narok highway. I started this business in 2011 on June upto date and still growing well in this business, having started with only 10 litres of milk. This Dairy shop I normally sell milk from ¼ litre going upward,i get milk from Rift Valley Institute of Science And Technology, Where they keep a big heard of dairy cows and sell this milk to business people like me from locality and even to Nakuru Town which is not far,my business receives a huge regular and prospective customers due to its location just next to the main Egerton University Campus where the center and its environs host hostels to the student s of the university whom are my prospect customers and also the locals who reside around this place. This has been making it a primary factor for my business to have a good returns on my sales .Having started with 10 litres of milk ,now am doing about 250 litres of milk a day, which translates to ksh 60 per litre i.e Ksh 60,000/= per month.Every month I pay business premises Rent of Ksh 9,500/=,Electricity Ksh 3,500/=,security & Water Ksh 7,500/= and the balance enables me sustain my family and also the business. From the loan Zidisha Team will offer to me,I will make my business to be more profitable by adding up products such as bread & cakes and later have seats and tables on the shop for those people who will be taking boiled milk and snacks on the shop which will be my biggest priority ,because currently no seats are in the shop, it is only a place to sell milk only ,with Zidisha Team on board I am positively convinced that my business will grow to my ambition,it is my believe and my prayer that Zidisha Team will consider my loan request and approve it .Thanks in advance.

Loan Proposal

First is to thank the Zidisha as a whole for allowing me to join the community and become a beneficiary of friendly loan, for this loan i am planning to add more products such as breads and cakes and later have seats and tables on the shop for those people who will be taking boiled milk and snacks on the shop which will be my biggest priority next as the business will be growing, because currently the business is only a place to sell milk only,as i add more products which have been requested so much by my customers the business will be more profitable and my dream will come to be true as the Zidisha still on board i will be able to achieve to greater heights also my family will have a decent life.Thank You.
