About Me

My name paul willy.i was born in 1987 in kitui county in eastern part of Kenya.i am the first born of five,four brothers and a sister.i completed my secondary education in2007 and passed my exams.my parent could not afford to further my education due to poverty because none of them had a job.after that I decided to move to the city to search for a job to earn a living and help my family.unfortunately all was not well since the only jobs I could get were cassual jobs which were not available on daily basis.after a year I decided to start a small business.one of my friends gave an idea of clothing and that where I decided to sell second hand imported shoes which had high demand in the market.

My Business

i started my business in 2009as an hawker in city center.the business picked well until 2013 July when city council authorities ordered all hawkers to get out of city center.i moved to the estate and started selling my good s in an open space at the bus terminal,the place is not bad except for a few challenges like when it rains i have to remove rhe shoes to a shade where there is no rain .i also need a shoe rack to arrange my stock nicely since the business has started picking and the challenge i have is capital to build a permanent stall and increase my stock.i also hope if all goes well I might one day put up my own exhibition once again in the city center an d help my brothers.i would like to thank zidisha for making my dreams possible

Loan Proposal

in case i receive this cash from zidisha i would like to use part of the money to increase my stock because at the moment there is high demand of my products.the next thing would be to make a shoe rack to make the products more appealing and to add some sense of seriousness with my job.with the remaining amount i will add to the little savings i have to erect a temporary tent in preparation to the forth coming rains.
