About Me

Am John Njoroge, was born in 1987 in Nyandarua County. Am the fourth born in a family of five siblings. Went to Karoroha primary school and sat for my primary certificate exam in 2000, I passed well and joined Nyahururu high school where I sat for my Kcse exam in 2004. In the year 2005 I came to Nairobi to try my best. I managed to make small savings, I opened a second hand household goods shop. Which I run up to date.

My Business

When I was starting this business I only had some savings of about $100. In this business I source items from different locations, make some few repairs and services and then resell them at affordable prices. These items help those who can't afford new items due to high prices. And according to Kenyan statistics several people belong to middle class income earners, and these fall under this category of my prospective customers. With good capital this business can be prosperous.

Loan Proposal

Am looking forward to boosting my shop's stock a bit and thought that Zidisha could be of help. I want to buy some Tft monitors which seems to be on demand at this point, the monitors are estimated to cost about $12. With these I'll be able to capture some more customers and this means more profit for the business. This am projecting to boost my profit by 10%.
