About Me

I am Ebenezer Bae, 23 years old from Sampa in the Brong Ahafo Region of Ghana.I started my education at Sampa Presby KG,from KG to primary and from primary to JHS at the same school.After completed JHs I continued my secondary school at Sampa SHS where I graduated from there last year.My greatest challenge in life is when I was at the SHS 2,I struggled to pay my school fees due to the fact that my parents were facing a huge financial problem. I was able to overcome this difficulty when my uncle came in to help and if not that I would have stop schooling that time.I started my own business as pig farmer when I completed SHS 2013 and I started growing casava and plantain. Sampa is a growing town and has a fertile land for animal rearing and crop production.In future I want my children to be pilots and extension officers so that the help my community.My hobby is reading and I enjoy it on my leisure time also am a football fan and I really enjoy it when my club Manchester United plays.

My Business

I grow casava and plantain so am a farmer. This farm produce helps my community to get food for their consumption.I choose to be a farmer as I realized that farming can help me get more income for my daily activities and also there is unemployment situation in Ghana and this will help me get a job. Since I started I have sold more of the more of the farm produce which is uncountable and. I used my profits to reinvest my farm.

Loan Proposal

Indeed i am a farmer,i grow plantain,yam,cocoyam and cassava.Pests and weeds has been destroying my crops and this lead to low agricultural produce and waste of time and energy.When I get this loan,I will use some of the money to buy pesticides and weedicides to spray my crops so that it will yield more output. I understand pesticides and weedicides are very useful to agricultural productivity in Ghana.
