About Me

My name is Peter Kamau aged 40,born and residing in Kenya.I was born to a single mother as the 3rd born child,I grew up at my maternal grandparents home in the village while my mother worked in the city.My mother passed on while we were still very young but like most African people the extended family took care of us,fed us,schooled us till we were grown ups.
I went to college where I learnt civil engineering,I work for a large steel contactor in our city,I also do other businesses on the side to supplement my income.
I do sell property as a private agent,I would like to merge my two activities to a personal business involved in buying land,developing it and reselling it.
I am also a family man I have a wife and three kids aged 10,4 and below 1 year,I would like to see my children grow up into independent people capable of providing for themselves.

My Business

My business involved scouting for property in Kenya and finding investors/buyers who are willing to buy,I then charge up to 3% of the selling price for the service rendered,it involves talking and negotiating with the parties involved.Kenya has varied properties ranging from plots of 50*50feet to thousands of acres up for sale,it's a good place to invest in, foreigners are here in their droves some settled here and others willing to do the same,the country is developing so there is a lot of benefit in buying property here.
My business involves proffessionals like lawyers for conveyance,fellow agents etc.
I have to keep in touch with all of these to keep my business afloat.
I intend to open an office where I will attend to my clients in future

Loan Proposal

The loan will help me have access to mobilde telephone airtime and internet bundles,these are important for communication with my customers,internet bundles give me access to the internet where i advertise my wares,it will also help me update my website www.heatherway.com a very important resource to my business.
This way communicatin will be enhanced in my business resulting to more sales,normally aproperty sale earns me upto 3% of the sale value.
