About Me

My Name is Margaret Njeri and am born in a family of seven and raised up in Nakuru twon i went to school in Ourlady of Mercy primary school and later Njoro Girls high school. After completing school i went to Mombasa and started selling clothes the business was doing well until i relocated in Nakuru and started Ice cream palour. I have two children a boy and a girl namely: Dylan and Njesh. They are both in primary school. Through my earning i av been able to pay for their school fees. I really thank God for this far he has seen me through.

My Business

I really appreciate Zidisha team for the spport and good work of lending people money. I statred busnesss way back in 2005 when i was in Mombasa of selling clothes untill i relocated to Nakuru in 2007 i got a loan fro Micro africa an stated an Ice cream palour shop in Nakuru this shop have been doing well and there are also demand of other products like yoghourt, water and soft drinks. Through this laon from Zidisha i will be able to add this other products and am quite sure that it will really perform. In this business there are afew risk e.g when we are on cold weather the demand goes down but when its hot the demand is too high.

Loan Proposal

Am very grateful to have reached this stage and do appreciate Zidisha team. I will use this loan to add stock to my ice cream shop. Since i want to introduce selling of yoghurt in my shop I will buy all ingredients and material required to make yoghurt and it’s by products. This will increase my income since the demand for yoghurt in my town is very high. Thanks again for this far.

Am very optimistic after one of the contacts told me that she promised to pay every cent and that she will get back to me soon. So am waiting and hoping all will go well. Thank you for your continued patience.

Since last I talked to one of his family member after trying to reach community leader and Margaret not picking my calls, I tried again today and it just rung without anybody picking up. But Peter once more promised to reach her and remind her about the Loan. Hopefully all goes well my lenders. Thank you for your support and patience

Hello lenders I am the VM of Margret I tried to reach her onthe phone but she could not be found. When I called her first family member, Peter he promised to reach her and get back to me with more details as per has situation and why she is not paying her loan.

Dear my Lenders,
Am very grateful for this opportunity to write to you again on the progress of my business. Due to the weather here the Ice creams are moving slowly and thus the income goes low therefore being unable to start paying my loan as promised. But am thing of making other by-products and with this new invocation am hopeful that my income will increase and therefore i will be able to pay back my loan. Am pleased with the way of paying your loan and also by the opportunity to reschedule the loan when one is down. Thanks again and my God Bless you abundantly.

Hi am humbled to reschedule my loan by extending the grace period. I started my ice cream palour but the weather changed unexpected we have been experiencing very cold weather and my ice cream are not moving as expected due the change in weather. Am kindly proposing change of my grace period so that with time given my business can pick up and go back to normal. Am very sorry for the inconvenience incurred and i promise as soon as my business stabilize i will be able to pay my loan promptly. Thank in advance and God bless you all.

You have a very handsome son. It looks like he will be a big man. Are you thinking of trying to make frozen yogurt. It is delicious.
