          Amardy (EA) Limited
We are a marketing company whose mission is to identify relevant avenues that companies and institutions can utilize in passing information to Kenyans effectively.
As a company, we are driven by a great passion to provide simple and affordable solutions to common market/information gaps.
Our products- Bridging the market gaps
High school education in Kenya takes 4 years, and, going by the saying “ school life is the best part of a person’s life”, these are four years full of experiences that shape a student’s life and one shared with friends who touch their lives and leave fond memories.
To capture the experiences and good moments spent with these important friends, students devised ‘the autograph book’. Over the last 3 decades, students have been making autographs from old exercise books making the autograph a culture that has passed down several generations.
The unavailability of a readymade autograph vis-à-vis the high demand presented a wide market gap and an opportunity to exploit a ready market. This opportunity prompted Amardy (E.A) Ltd to launch its first product, ‘The Signit Graduate Book, a modern, full colour printed autograph. This autograph combines glossy pages with cool designs and celebrity backgrounds giving it a magazine-look which has made it a must have for students graduating from high school.
          Our products-Bridging the information gap
Every year, over four hundred thousand students graduate from high school looking forward to joining a college or university. This makes tertiary education is one of the most “in-demand” services in Kenya.
On the other hand, every college engages in a recruitment drive aimed at attracting new students and mostly target new high school graduates. To increase the institutions chances of having a fully booked class, most institutions engage in a vigorous marketing campaign using brochures, newspapers, posters and radio to reach potential customers across the country.
Going by the notion “Advertising does not cost, it pays.” We discovered that while these platforms will help achieve a wide across the country coverage, they are in-effective as they don’t reach the target consumer first hand.

Thus instead of bringing revenue to the institution they end up as mere cost items to the institutions accounts.
          For example;
          • While print media is the most used advertising platform, students hardly buy newspapers or even take time to read dailies.
          • In the case of fliers, how effective are they in promoting your institution and courses offered considering that you always find them lying on the streets?
          • Lastly, does the lifespan of your advert aired via radio or TV give value for the money spent on producing and airing such ads? This coupled with the fact that the effectiveness of such an ad depends on the coincidence that the target audience is listening as the ad plays reduces the possible returns you get from such an investment.
          Our Proposal
The Signit graduate book creates a unique integration between what students DESIRE in an autograph with what they really NEED at that stage of their young life. The cool designed autograph pages and celebrity photos used as backgrounds increases the students desire to buy, own and keep a copy and works as a bait to put vital information on drugs and substance abuse, HIV & AIDS, finance and entrepreneurship, careers and role models within their reach.
The Signit Graduate Book offers you:
A Unique Marketing Platform: The book offers your organisation a unique marketing platform for bringing audience to the courses you offer, entry requirement, intake dates among other relevant information. Knowing that your target consumer gets this information first hand is a big plus.
A Huge Customer Base: The Signit Graduate book is a ‘self seller’ and enjoys a ready market i.e. it is the first full colour print autograph with celebrity backgrounds a trait that makes the product irresistible.
In the last four years, our sales have grown from 2000 in copies in Nakuru to 42,000 copies sold around 5 counties in 2013.
Relevance: Through the Signit graduate book Amardy (E.A) ltd offers your institution a rare chance to strike the delicate balance of advertising - providing relevant information at the right time i.e. you place your advert at the very moment when the student needs it.
Value for money: Our biggest accomplishment is being able to compliment a culture with a quality product and cool designs that is amazingly affordable to the high school graduates. This has seen our sales grow and gives institutions and companies a sure of reaching this market.

Wide Range of products: Depending on your business need and your budget we have a wide range of available spaces in the Signit Graduate book where you can display your message/Ad (See the attached space rate card)
The year 2014 looks even brighter for our clients as we target all counties in Kenya to achieve our benchmark of 100,000 copies. And with the observation that most of us cling to our autographs for years, our only advice to you is “don’t let the chance to put your institution close to our most treasured memories pass you by.”
