About Me

Hello, my name is Boundaoné Dina and I am the second of four children. I am a first-year law student. Given the financial difficulties I have encountered and my entrepreneurial training, I opened a small shop selling cosmetics, hair extensions, and hair weaves. My business allows me to make profits that I can reinvest in my business and meet my own needs as well as pay my tuition. I buy lotions, hair extensions, and weaves at wholesale prices and resell them with profits of 60%. I often double the price, which gives me a 100% profit. I plan on improving and expanding my shop. I am also a member of "Amour Divin" (Divine Love), a group that campaigns for religious tolerance.

My Business

My merchandise includes lotions for women, hair pomades, nail polish, nail polish remover, hair extensions, and weaves. The women in Burkina Faso are fond of cosmetics, so they use a lot of weaves to make themselves beautiful. I am young and I try to meet the need of my younger clients by selling new products and meeting specific client orders. I buy my products for 50,000 to 70,000 CFA francs. It all depends on my sales and the profits I make. I can make a profit of 35,000 to 50,000 FCFA. I use my profits to pay for my tuition and my personal needs, which makes life easier for my parents.

Loan Proposal

My new loan will be used to supply my store with new young women's clothes. My clientèle is women and they are asking for these kinds of items. I will have to travel to a neighbouring country to buy beautiful new articles of clothing. I plan on buying, among other things, 100,000 CFA francs (US$200) of party dresses, 50,000 CFA francs (US$100) of jeans, 50,000 CFA francs (US$100) of tops, and 25,000 CFA francs (US$50) of women's lingerie. There are many potential benefits for me. First of all, I could clothe myself; second, I could pay my tuition; and finally, I could help out my parents at home. With my hair extension and cosmetics selling business, I made profits of 50,000 CFA francs (US$100). With this new merchandise, I could earn 75,000 CFA francs (US$150). mes marchandises sont des pommades les femmes, des pommades pour cheveux, des vernis, des dissolvants, des mèches et des tissages. les femmes au Burkina Faso sont friands des produits cosmétiques, aussi elles utilisent beaucoup les tissages pour se faire belles. je suis jeune et j'éssai au maximum de répondre au besoin de ma clientèle qui est jeune en vendant des nouveauté et de satisfaire des commandes de certaines clientes. j’achète mes produits à 50000 francs cfa ou à 70000francs cfa tout dépend de ma vente et des bénéfices faits.ensuite je peux avoir des bénéfices entre 35000francs cfa et 50000 francs fcfa. je réinvestis le bénéfice engrangé dans le paiement de mes études. aussi dans mes besoins personnels et cela soulage beaucoup mes parents.
