About Me

My name is Moses Ngugi. Am married with two children who are in primary school. Am currently working as a real estate manager and have a business of farming. due to a difficult background where parents only did subsistence farming, I chose to do agribusiness and I have planted over 50 avocado trees. Am seeking funds to upgrade and market this venture, as I also empower small scale farmers on venturing in agribusiness with crops that have better returns.

My Business

My current source of income is the property management and sale of avocados. This includes consultancy in the area of real estate. offering advices on property management, security services and marketing of land, plots and properties.
I also do financial linkages to clients who require finances in terms of loans and mortgages. the avocado sales have been localised but with some funds will be able to offer goodcarr to the plants and also diversify the market in order to fetch more, get some good returns for my investment projects as well as the effective empowerment of small scale farmers.

Loan Proposal

I intend to buy more seedlings for the avocado trees, plant them in my farm and also give to the people am currently mentoring to join this agribusiness venture.
