I am a single mother of 2 adult children who are employed. I have been in this business for more than 15 years. Now working on my savings for my retirement. I was born in Nakuru, a town in Kenya. Raised well by my mother. I managed to get a diploma in Business Education and worked in employment for some years. I then decided to quit employment and work with my mum in the bar and restaurant. Unfortunately she fell ill and later passed on. I have been running the business singly for more than 15 years. My 1st born (daughter) is a lawyer and married. My 2nd born (son) is in the entertainment sector. My favourite pastime is music and having quality time with family and friends. In Mombasa, where my home is, is a very entertaining warm city.
Alchoholic, soft drinks and food provider.
Provides relaxation and off-times and family moments.
Decided to carter for weekends and holidays.
Costs are food and drinks stocks. Revenue is from sales especially on weekends and public holidays. Sales of the same are high.
I use the profits for reinvestment and my comfort. The same educated my two children who are now employed.
With this loan I will add my stock. I will add my kitchen stock, ie. flour and cooking oil. This will enable me operate without running out of stock for long. Buying in bulk is cheaper which leads to increase in profit.
