About Me

i am the second born in a family of five and a former student of laikipia university college having studied a diploma in education( CRE & History) i have been teching in various secondary schools since completion of my education and at the same time running a business in cosmetics to complement my income. this has proved helpful since i still have siblings in school who need fees and also because i have intentions of advancing to a degree level. my hobbies are swimming and charity work especially in children's homes. with my earnings, i pay rent and restock the shop and at the same time pay my employee.

My Business

my income per month is an average of 400dollars. the profit is around 100dollars. at the same time, i earn a basic monthly salary of 150dollars from my teaching job. my business is located in a populated area and is among the only two cosmetic shops in the area. i have the intention of starting a barber section since i live close to the military academy. during the holiday is when clients are in large numbers and in the low season in case i don't meet my target, i will use my income from teaching to make the payments.

Loan Proposal

i intend to introduce barber services especially for the military officers around the area. this means upgrading my license with the authorities. this will cost 40 dollars. two shaving machines, aftershaves, disinfectants and i also need to hire a barber. my barber will be a female since more clients prefer female services. the machines will cost an average of 115dollars since i am going to purchase high quality equipment.

My sincere apologies for having been off since my last repayment. I had and still have the intention of repaying my loan. During the early period of may, I lost my teaching job. Since then, I have been trying to find a new job and only managed to get one for next term. I start teaching on September but I will be able to pay the amount of ksh 100 for now until I get my first salary. My budget has been tight since I have been paying school fees for my sister for the last semester. The loan was of great help to me and for sure I don’t know how I would have made it without your help. I give you my word that I will make my repayments.

    Lenders,
I was able to get Susan on phone. Susan promised to start repaying her loan, now that her financial problems are over. She got a new job, having lost one earlier.
    Happy weekend

    Lenders,
I have talked to Susan again today...She is still facing some financial challenges and promise to pay as soon as she becomes stable.
Again, she did move to a remote village in her rural area and there is not cyber around to log in and reschedule her loan nor give an update. I did ask her to put the same on the zidisha no as text message.
Otherwise, she has now recovered from the sickness. Happy new week
