About Me

Hello good people, I am Petronilla Atieno. I am 36 years old. I am an entrepreneur and also youth mentoring activities within my community. I train to abstinence from drugs and alcohol abuse. I started this program after O level with youths in my church group and we have seen tremendous changes in young people who now see hope for the future. I also sell bedsheets and Towels as a side hassle and recently I also started importing beauty products from US which has tremendously boosted my business. This business has enable me to support my orphaned cousins financially. I will be able to pay the loan offered to me from my entrepreneur business.

You will find me mostly doing community work or travel upcountry when i'm not working.

My Business

I have a small shop and most of the time I’m forced to go to the cyber cafe to use their facilities to upload pictures of my products for online selling that produces quality referrals. Online advertisement rewards me with $ 3000 monthly which I use for restock and for my upkeep and daily food. I also support 2 of my orphaned cousins that are currently in high school. I am also saving something small for their college fee once they finish high school as they have no one else to depend on. I am sure my sales will tremendously increase thus I will be able to service the loan.
With the loan, I will add more stock and the same time desk computer worth $ 150 which i can use to upload the pictures and sell online free without having to commute thrice to go to town for this service. I will enable be to save on transport and use the money to pay for Internet and will enable to attend to my clients faster.

Loan Proposal

Beginning of this year 2019, I did a short course about beauty and I would like to train the young girls in my community who have lost hope in life that they can do something with their hands to create wealth and bring back smile into their faces. For this to happen, I would therefore need some capital to purchase beauty products for training them as they cannot afford.
