I was brought up by a single parent. my beloved mother strived hard to ensure that I achieve the best in education. I actually worked hard and I managed to get the best out of my hard work. After completing my college studies I was not lucky to secure a job, therefore I hard to stay at home helping my parents to do the normal home cores. After staying at home for almost 3years, I met one of my friends, he was my classmate back in high school. He had an interesting story of how he started a small business of selling mitumba clothes at kariokor market to earn a living. I became challenged and the next thing I did was to start my small business of selling shoes, the mitumba type.
I get my income from my small business of selling shoes and,I own a motorbike that operates as a bodaboda. With the motorbike, i get at least ksh 500 per day. One good reason to own one is that the man who works with the bike must deliver the amount every day without any excuse. On the other hand, my small business of selling shoes is growing and I believe the loan will boost it greatly as I am planing to increase the stock. I have been increasing the stock time by time with the little profit that I get from it and of course, use part of it for food and other personal expenses.
Am intending to increase my stock of beauty products such as braids, weaves and wigs.
This loan will help me to purchase some of the items that i do not have in my beauty shop that are mostly asked by my clients. My customers will get these items that they have been asking for.
The first loan i got from Zidisha really helped me. I was able to increase my profit that made me to shift from shoe selling to a beauty shop. With the second loan am sure it will increase my profit at a greater percentage.
