Operational cost for drawing competition event

About Me

My name is Andi Rojudin people used to call me Andy, I live with my wife, my son is still a minor who is now 4 years old and younger brothers were still attending secondary sekolam. My family and live in a village that Margasari Sako village located in District Singingi Kuantan Singingi Hilir in Riau Province, Indonesia. From the capital of the province is the city of Pekanbaru to reach the area where I live pretty much takes approximately 5 hours drive by car. I've lived in this area since I was born, my son 3rd of 4 brothers while my parents have long passed away, my two older sisters are married and lives with her husband in the different provinces of Jambi and North Sumatra, while sister I am currently involved with my parents at home relic that I now occupy. Since the former area where I live is the transmigration settlement area then almost all residents have land or garden and now most of the people where I live have a business as farmers or oil palm planters therefore here considered good economic level or intermediate level, while my own worked as an honor in a child's education foundation. The development of my area is growing so rapidly that's where I use it to make an effort Event Organizer, I chose this business because I live in an area where there has been no attempt of this kind, and I think this has a good chance other than that I also like activities relating to the development of children, in addition to the many schools and companies around that I think could be a cooperative or a relation in my business. From this effort was enough to pay for our life. However, these efforts still I run it at home because I have not enough money to build its own office for my business.

My Business

With the assistance of several friends over the past 2 years I built a service business in which event organizer that I named ALIEN ENTERTAINMENT which aims to assist the consumer in the event graced the event in the title, both small events and big events. But the event organizer that we established when only covers services for children events, such as birthday celebrations, such as race children drawing contest, coloring contest, poetry contest, and so forth. But it was likely in the coming years our efforts we will develop further with wider scope of services. For now it is not too much effort profitable because footprints are still few and event-organized events are not too large. To build my business to be more advanced again I desperately need funds, for which I am very expecting any funding from any party to be able to support my business. The funds will be utilized to mine operating costs and marketing costs. I needed operational costs, among others, is to make proposals and correspondence. While marketing costs will I use to make or print banners, leaflets and brochures. From this effort, and later I will do the marketing team to several companies to be willing to sponsor events that I have put into schools and kindergartens to seek relationships that are pleased to work with the event organizer I have.

Loan Proposal

Berhubung dalam waktu dekat ini usaha yang saya miliki (ALIEN ENTERTAINMENT) akan mengadakan event "Lomba Menggambar" untuk anak usia dini maka saya membutuhkan dana untuk pra event tersebut seperti : Pembuatan Proposal Event, Surat Menyurat, Pembuatan Spanduk, Pembuatan Brosur & selebaran dan Pendistribusian undagan kepada sekolah taman kanak-kanak yang ada disekitar. Untuk itu saya sangat mengharapkan bantuan dari pada pendana untuk memberi pinjaman kepada usaha saya ini. Sebelumnya saya ucapkan terimakasih.
