I am a simple and humble lady who comes from a humble background. I try have tried my hands in various business ventures to make ends meet. Currently I am working on handcrafted shoes which I make and sell. I am a mother of two, a boy and a girl, and am determined to stop at nothing to see them excel in life. My passion for curios and handicrafts has seen me in the industry for the better part of my life. I joy in making beautiful artifacts which I then sell to make a living. I am optimistic about life and I believe the future holds good prospects for me and my children. I am honest, trustworthy and self-driven.
I venture in the handicraft industry. I make ornaments and jewellery, as well as bags and shoes. Right now, I am specializing in the making of ladies shoes that are bead-decorated. I enjoy working in the industry as there are average returns and there is flexibility because I am my own boss. The usual costs are the cost of raw materials, delivery costs and wages for part time employees. The business is currently booming and I would want to capture the opportunity to better my earning and improve the quality of life.
I am humbled to have been offered this chance to provide lenders with a proposal of what I intend to do with the loan awarded. The money will be invested in my sandals business where I intend to increase the volume of production by buying more materials and employing one person to help me in the decoration part of it.
I intend to use 90 dollars to purchase materials such as beads, leather, glue, wire, laces and other tools that will be used by the employee as well as complementing the materials I already have. The other 45dollars will be used for paying the new employee before the products will have converted into returns.
I am optimistic that this move will help me grow my small business in a great way as I am anticipating the growth of sales due to increase of customers. I am thankful in advance of the funding of the loan.
