About Me

I grew from a humble background as a rural Boy going the normal chores of herding cattle, sheep and goats for my father.
My father was a farmer and through that he raised me through attending a local village secondary school.
Through handwork at school in my final year at O' level . i was the best with a good grade eventually.
Unfortunately, my father and mother passed on a year after my form 4 and this again became a setback in my life as i had to struggle again looking for odds jobs to make ends meet through the Tertiary education at college levels.
Through Gods' grace i have been able to complete my graduate degree and some professional courses.
Despite my level of education, i have not been able to get myself a job despite numerous job applications and several interviews, after going through the cycle repeatedly i decided to start my own business and employ myself as well as other people who have been unlucky as i was and hence to create employment

My Business

A friend of mine who works with an NGO gave me a call once and asked me if i wanted to get some money since at that time i was jobless and he knew my condition, i then agreed and he proposed to me a business idea that they usually get supplied with office stationery(books, files, pens, envelops etc) by a certain supplier who had gone abroad at that time and since they needed immediate supply, they could not wait and hence had to source for other alternatives, so he recommended that i register a business name and send them an LPO with detailed information on the stationery i was to supply. After i did that i was able to supply them and thereby realized some profit since i get the stationery from wholesalers who sale at very cheap prices when i buy in bulk and i end up selling them at a price lower than market price so that my clients wouldn't opt for other options since they are also quality.
Since then i decided to enter into the business, i went to numerous offices and has been able to get quite a number of customers and so far i can be able to pay for my upkeep which used to be so difficult.
Most of the profits i get i usually re-invest in the business since most of my clients pay after delivery or even after 30 days and i have to meet their demands all the time in order to maintain them.
The demand for my supplies has fully grown with numerous client wanting to be supplied just in time with the product and since then i have the urge to increase my finances so that i would meet the timely need.

Loan Proposal

As explained earlier in "about my business" most of my current clients pay after delivery or even up to 30 days after delivery is when they are able to pay although the don't defaulted. Since i used minimal capital to start the business, i have been having challenges in being able to meet their demand at the time needed and i fear that i may loose loose some of them instead of gaining others since at times i decline to take orders from new clients because even the ones i have are becoming a bit hectic to maintain. Given this loan i will be able to make deliveries to orders without delays and hence meet both existing and new clients orders.

I have started water supply for my local area to businesses who rely on water for their business and i have also employed 2 staff to do deliveries. Mainly its a busy market place.

The deliveries is made on order where the customers calls. My staff or on standby the whole day and night to ensure this is completed/done on time. Each day i receive orders for 240 liters to 300 liters per day for jerrycans. My current mode of transport is cart " Mkototeni" in Kenyan language.

Dears lenders with the loan i would increase my stock and even create further employment because as i can predict, the orders tend to increase day by day because of my consistency and trust long build with the customers.

I want to increase my cart amount and stock for the jerrycans to beat the supply from the demanding customers.
