About Me

Am a Kenyan, born and raised in Meru County. I schooled in Chuka University in Tharaka Nithi County where i got trained as a secondary school teacher.
I have been teaching private schools till March this year when all the schools were closed due to covid-19 pandemic.

I then got some money from my husband and i decided to start a boutique business at Mombasa, Likoni area so that i can continue earning something since the schools were closed. This business has now flourished very well and make a profit of around kes. 2000 daily.
Am also married and am a mother of one daughter.

My Business

Currently am running a boutique business in Mombasa, Likoni area. I gets a profit of kes. 2,000 approximately daily. I out source my stocks locally in Mombasa Marikiti, though sometimes i go for my stock at Nairobi Eastleigh area where high quality garments are cheaply sold. This is my 5th Month since i started this business and i have realized is a good business.

Loan Proposal

I will use the loan to increase my business stock through purchasing more fashionable garments that will generate more income to allow me pay this loan in 2 weeks time.

Income Source

Though the business is highly affected with the current economic climate, i will stock my business with different varieties for my customers to have a wide range of choice. I have also started selling face masks which are now in demand due to mitigation of the spread of Covid-19.
