About Me

I am a dedicated trained teacher, business administrator, HR specialist and an entrepreneur.
I am married with one wife and four children; two girls and two boys.
I love to empower others economically and the sure way l thought of doing this is coming up with a business that within my expertise jurisdiction.
So, in 2012, l registered a school which is run as a private school in Lusaka. It is called Primetime Christian Academy.

My Business

My business is called Primetime Christian Academy. It runs from Kindergarten to Primary in the 6th grade. It is located within a compound of Matero North in Lusaka.
It has a population of 120 students ranging from 2 years to 12 years.
The business runs a one stream grade pattern.
The main thrust of the school is effective reading and writing among the learners, coupled with numeracy.
It is a fully registered business entity according to the laws of the Republic of Zambia in as far as Patent and Companies Registration Agency (PACRA) is concerned.

Loan Proposal

When this facility of a loan is given to me, I will continue with building the structure that the first preceding loan had started buying; the building material like blocks and cement.

The buying of these materials has a great benefit to me for enabling the project to advance. It will also help others from whom I will be buying materials as I will be helping them grow their business.

This structure is for business. We are putting up a 1 x 2 classroom block and an office. One classroom has a capacity of 35 students who pay ZMW 600 per Term per child. This means that two classrooms would give us ZMW 42000 per Term. This will increase our overall profit margin by over 25% per Term.

Income Source

No doubt that our business has not been spared and face risks in the current economic climate. Luckily, here in Zambia, the Government has reopened schools and we are now operating in the 'New Normal' and business is going on normally.

This situation has enabled us to repay in full the previous loan well before the due date on 13 November 2020.

The steady cash flow is good enough to enable us to make repayments with ease. We have also strengthened the virtual zoom meetings/classes where some parents and guardians have opted to continue paying for their children and wards respectively. This is an extra stream of income that is cushioning small expenses in our school.

This has been due to the unforeseen business pattern erratic cash flow.
I will bounce back to the normal repayment pattern as before.

This is because the collections from parents have slowed down but will be able to revert to the original pattern of repayment even sooner.

I have already paid the remaining ZMW 1571 equivalent to two installments. I was motivated to do so because of the attractive credit limit of over ZMW 15000 I have been awarded. I strongly feel this amount will help me reach near completion of my project.
