About Me

My name is Rose Yeboah from Konongo.I am a Ghanaian by birth. In recent times there have been series of wild allegation on government on hikes in product prices leading to a lot of people living uncomfortable lives and in doing business. Once heard about these nearly made me gave up to my shop business .

I am a petty trader who sells weedicides and pesticides to both local farmers within the various locality in Konongo krom. Konongo krom is a big village in the Ashantis . I had the opportunity to start these business base on a research i undertook by myself on some of the peasant farmers around my locality.
Due to poor farming practices and rudimentary equipment most of our local farmers do not meet the need of consistent farming practice to help enable their food crops get the required space to grow well.

My Business

Being an agriculture and extension volunteer within my catchment area and couple with workshop training garnered from some previous( NGOs) has help impact a lot of knowledge that has also being used to affect this poor farmers,

In all these years i sell this farm inputs and weedicides to them at a relative low price to help them clear their weedy farmlands that needed and deserves much attention from the owners. Formally, one has to undergo through a hard labor work of ploughing and weeding all this farmlands all on his own which in one way or the other could delay process and by so wilt their crops.

I have being a source of inspiration and support to their supply of all this farm products just at their door step.

Loan Proposal

Just barely a month ago i was raided by some robbers within my locality, this guys attacked my shop and made away with some monies .It was all about the way my bulgar proof door has worn out making it very loosely to attack.

After careful consideration and couple with this disaster i was broke down and thought it good to join forces with zidisha to help offer me a financial support.
