About Me

My name is Erick Abiero. Three years ago I won a contract to run a music program in a private school. However, I had no music skills apart from a good singing voice so I hired my church band mates to teach. But after two semesters and no visible results,I googled how to play piano and boom, I learnt my first tune,"Mary Had a Little Lamb" and Twinkle! I went to school and taught an 8 year old Leon and he played in 10 minutes. I fired the piano teacher and took over. That's how Vipi Music Academy started. Now complete with a Dance and a DJ academies.

My Business

Vipi Music Academy trains,performs and promote music in all its forms. We partner with schools to teach piano,voice,violin guitar,drums,saxophone,clarinet,flute and cello. We currently have 60 students spread across the 2 schools we've partnered with so far. We have 3 permanent employees and 7 others on contract. Our overheads is ksh 65000 and our income is ksh 120,000 per month.

Loan Proposal

Pay for our dance studio cost.
We pay USD 10 for our dance studio everyday we meet. This is once per week during school semester. So the 10 USD will pay for our training today.
