(a) I decided to start a computer services business in 2006, as a source of income to facilitate my basic need, secondly, there was a public demand for the same services in the society and the neighboring schools and institution, the business has grown gradually making profit and expanding the society at large. What i have been purchasing with my earnings is machines that go hand in hand with the computer, like; scanners, printers, digital cameras and others. There has been a lot of help and would prefer to advance the business to the maximum which both my commitment and your help. The business is doing well and would like to continue advancing it to the maximum.
b) The profit that the business shall make, will be divided to cater for the business basic needs and to repay the loan, since the region is developing and population increasing there is a higher demand for the services and the computer accessories in the society for computing data and maintenance in the institutions around, the customers prefers my shop for i offer good services at a reasonable price compared to other places, thus making a lot of customers in a day, Some of the risk that the business faces is the, sometimes there is power blackout, thus delaying the work, so I intend to buy a power backup to minimize that major challenge. Monthly profit is about twenty thousands Kenya shillings. Which is enough to repay the loan and can be increased.
