About Me

I grew up in the care of my grandmother who loved me deeply. I wasn't able to complete my education due to financial problems, but even so, I am a hardworking and high spirit person and I never loose hope. I live in Mombasa, a county that attracts tourists due to the beaches in Indian ocean. I have three children, first born has gone to college, second born has gone to form four and my last born is going to college next year. At my free time, I knit and spend time with my family.

My Business

I started my business with sh 200 which I was given by a friend. I bought 6 kg of sweet potatoes and sold them at sh50 per kg. I latter introduced butternuts and arrowroots. Many people in this area prefer these food for breakfast instead of bread and also there are not many people who do these business. My costs are purchases, transport and miscellaneous expenses. Use my profits to pay rent, provide for basic needs and educate my last born daughter.

Loan Proposal

I am planning on increasing my stock and moving my business to a larger shop.I am moving to busier location hence more customers.I am expecting my profit to increase by at least 15%.

    I received Ksh 3205 which I was able to buy stock for my business and still I was able to pay for my daughter's bus fare to travel home.

    I used my last funding to make purchases for inventory for my business. This has resulted to a boost in my revenue and am able to use it to increase inventory also. The business is doing well and thank you.

    I called Eunice and she was sorry for delay in paying her debt because she likes and loves everything about Zidisha. She has promised to make a payment KES 500 Soonest then clear the balance as from December 23, 2017.

    She also says that she does not know to use computer, and the Loan she is currently holding was applied by her relative and it seems she was not given the payment schedule of the Loan advanced to her.
