I called the applicant, but her brother picked the call because according to him she is not around at the moment, so I dropped my message with him, he said he is aware of loan that because of the pandemic his sister is passing thru rough time now, but that she is planning to repay all her loan soonest.

The applicant is not responding to my calls, I called one of her reference who happens to be her husband, he promised to let her know I called as soon as he gets home.

This change is due to the recent Covid19 pandemic and the directives by our government that all businesses should be closed. I hope to fulfil my part of the deal despite this constraint hence the reason for my reduction request
