I was born in 1970. At the age of four my parents divorced. Me and my sister were raised by our maternal grandparents who died when I attained 15yrs. I had to work as a labourer in the evenings and during holidays to pay school fees. I did my secondary exams in 1990 and had to do business to raise fees balance to get my results. I've worked in different firms but only business has made me own a small two bedroom house and live with my wife and four children.
I work as a company driver but run a side business with my wife as my managing partner while in the evenings and weekends I run the bussiness. It is a retail shop but have discovered potential in green grocer and butchery within my locallity.I live in the outskirts of mombasa mainly inhabited by low income earners and daily shoppers of small scale households.
I will buy green vegetables to add to my retail shop and use the profit to add to my stock variety so that my customers can get all their house hold commodities in my shop hence attracting more customers and making big and quick profits. With the small loan of Kenya shillings 400, I can make a profit of kenya shillings 150 to 200 and this will be used to increase the working capital by adding stock to my business
