About Me
Am mbugua ndirangu, have a wife and 1 daughter, am a businessman run a butchery in roysambu area in Nairobi, Kenya. Am ambitious and a go getter. I love travelling and outdoor activities.
My Business
Its a medium size butchery selling meat cuts, I stock beef, chicken and mutton. Its in the 2nd month of operation and we are currently making profits of between 40,000-50,000. Our daily expediture for the meats run btween 13,000 - 18,000. I have 2 employees who are paid daily @500shs each. I also reward them with cash insentives if they reach sales to certain levels on a weekly basis, I have seen this to work as it insteels a higher level of good customer care and client retention.
