About Me

I grew up in Nakuru and I was schooled there till secondary school. Currently, I am still a resident of Nakuru and my future dream is to be a successful businessman in dairy farming in my area. I was inspired by my parents who were doing this project and who helped as I go through school. l am married and blessed with two kids, both attending school. Both of my children want to be farmers.

Something unique about the place where l live is the game park nearby which acts as a tourist attraction in my country. There are lions, buffalo, giraffes, flamingo birds and rhinos.

My hobbies are swimming and making new friends. l also love cooking.

My Business

I deal with cow and goat rearing for milk production. I started this business after completing my secondary education. I decided to start this business after doing research on milk purchases in the area and I realized that it was a booming business in the area. I also realized that people love goat milk, which they say is medicinal for children's health. Hence the reason why i started this business.

My biggest challenge is getting enough capital to purchase feeds that leads to higher milk production, drugs and other necessary equipment for this project. My customers are local households, hotels and schools. My goal is to see this business grow where I can be in a position of supplying to big hospitals and hotels for higher income. I am proud of this project. It solves every problem from social to economic that comes my way.

Loan Proposal

I will spend $100 to purchase a goat that will produce milk, now that this is a very demanding commodity in my area. This will increase revenue and profit, hence more income that will sufficiently meet the needs of my family, business and at the personal level.
