I am a 24 years old. Young and ambitious. After my secondary education i started small scale farming by keeping chicken, selling eggs and farming perishable goods because our land is fertile and selling at a profit to earn a living out of it. The profits i got from poultry farming, I paid for my studies and obtained a computer certificate. In 2013, I started a Cyber café in Utawala zebra estate and the business has been doing well. The customers I support do not go to town anymore because my services are very reliable. When I am not working, I make research on better ways to improve my business.
My business i started after my secondary education a small scale farming by keeping chicken, selling eggs and farming perishable goods because our land is fertile and selling at a profit to earn a living out of it. I saved USD 200 and paid for my computer education because this has always been my dream. My Cyber café business offers services like photocopy, printing, internet browsing, type-setting, scanning, document bidding and lamination. I also sell IT accessories like Flash drives, CDs, DVDs and memory cards. After costs (rent and Electricity, I make approx. USD 170 as profits. I believe if I got funded I'd buy more computers to cater for more customers hence my revenue would be higher.
Hi Lenders,
Kindly fund my loan so that i may expand my Cyber Café business. The demand for my services is very high and I don't have enough computers so customers spend longer time waiting for a free computer. With enough computers, I am positive my revenues will increase from USD 160 to USD 300 or even more. I will use part of the money to repay my loan and the rest to expand my business empire.
Thank you and God bless.
Kind Regards,
Mike Nthigah
