I am 32 years old,married with one child Owen Charles Junior,Professionally I am Caterer and Tour guide,i have done Hotel and Hospitality,After my secondary certificates I was not able to proceed to college immediately because my other siblings were also in school and my Parents could not afford the fee for all of us at once. After high school I helped my mum with her Business for two years after which I got a casual job in the capital Nairobi. The company didn't offer any unskilled personnel a permanent job. So I decided to save for college fees,

My Business

My business involves selling women's Beauty Products. I target women in my area particular Those who work in office and Big Organization during evening hour, along a busy street in Kahawa west, where they have a tendency to walk past whilst window shopping. Consequently, I stock a wide variety in order to suit every woman's needs. Using knowledge from my accounting and customer service background, I have the ability to lure my customers into coming to my shop and buying my Beauty product. I ensure the customer gets a bargain, whilst making a profit, as just one single pair can make me Ksh. 500 profit at minimum. Unfortunately, because I showcase all my Beauty products on a small shelve, when its Christmas season the shop is so small all my customer can not fit in four person at once, and thus my business cannot function well and that a good problem because its means that i need to expand. However, because I deliver on my word, my customers are very loyal and make personal orders, and even before payment, I give them what they want.

Loan Proposal

Dear Lender with this loan I will be able to purchase extra stock to meet my customers demand, which keeps on growing every day. I will buy the goods from Authorized Dealers directly who sell at subsidized prices. I will then sell them at retail hence boosting my profit margin.
I also look forward to expand my Business premise in near future, also plan to employ at least one person who will assist me with looking after the shop while I am away to collect more stock. Hence creating job opportunities to empower the community.
