About Me
My name is Samson Muriithi. I was born in Nanyuki town of Kenya.I am currently living in Mombasa with my relatives where I am doing motor vehicle repair work.
My work is tough since I do repair work with basic tools and in an open air place which tends to be very hot during the day. However, I like this job since it gives me money for my upkeep and for securing my future.
I am currently single.
My Business
I sell vehicle spare parts and lubricants. I store them in our workshop where clients come to buy them when they want to have their vehicles fixed. I started this business slightly over one year ago and I make about $ 80 a month since it is still a small business.
I hope that it will grow and give me more income in the near future.
Loan Proposal
I will use this money to buy a box of 6 cans of engine oil which I use a lot in my workshop when doing maintenance work. This will cost me USD 20 and it is likely to last for one month.
I will be able to save quite a bit since I will get a discount for buying a whole box as opposed to buying one piece at a time. This will mean more 'take home' amount for me which is a good thing.
