About Me

I am Arnold Omeno a young self made intrepreneur from Kitale, Kenya. I srarted schooling at transnzoia pfimary school in primary passed well my top class examination and secured a place in a corresponding high scholl Boma Boys High School in Kitale, it is here that I discoy the various talents I had ranging from curriculum to co-curricular activities, I participated and represented the school in sportive activities e.g basketball and handball I also represented the school in curriculum activities like the school symposiums and benchmarking. It is here that my leadership skill candle was light through the guidance of the school principal and the deputy principal who was a close friend and adviced me most of the time, at form two I was elected the class secretary and towards the end of form three was elected to the post of deputy school captain a post I held up to the time I finished my high school education then because of lack of fees to proceed to the next level I was taken to a local institute where I got a certificate in sales and marketing this is a field where I have passion and I later started purchasing variety of breads from different bakeries and distributing to the local markets and shops after I was employed by labh bakers.

Currently running a retail shop, MPESA outlet and an investment trainer working with Mashinani Interactions Self Help Group.

Am employed at labh bakers kitale as a sales personel being my main source of income earning up to Ksh.38000 a month but the salary is subject to change since I work on commission, I also started a side business where I employ young people like me to supply bread which I get from other bakeries to the local market we hire motorbikes to facilitate our business in distribution earning me a net salary of about sh.12000 to sh.22000 a month, I am also a member of a youth sacco called Mbanatomi sacco chaired by the bungoma county women representative and count minister of trade as the patron we subscribe shares monthly at sh.5000 and we engage in agribusiness activities which include passion fruit farming, watermelon, groundnuts, coffee, maize e.t.c the sacco pays annually earning is subject to changes earning from ksh.100000 depending on the financial year
