About Me
My name Catherine wangui mwangi id no 28389570 and a resident juja which is along thika highway. Am the third born in our family 5 members that has 2 boys 1 girl and my parents and I am a single mother of two boys. I graduated last year from Mount Kenya University in thika with a degree in business studies. I have not yet got any formal employment and thus I decided to open up a small m-pesa business to be able to cater for my needs and that of my siblings as my parents are aging and have since retired from their jobs.
My Business
With the growth of electronic money transfers I am sure my business will thrive excellently as I will incorporate my m-pesa business with a mobile phone selling business. The business as for now gives me a return of around $370 on monthly basis and the costs I incur are the shop rent of $32 and electricity bill of $3 per month. Therefore, I make a profit of around $350 per month. With a loan from zidisha i estimate I might be able to double that amount and with time I will create a business that will be able to give back to the society
