About Me

Rose Benewaa is my name, 37 years of age.I was born in Jinjini. a small town in Berekum in the Brong Ahafo region.I am the only girl and I have two younger brothers.I grew up in a humble Christianity background. I completed my basic education in 1996 and pursued to high school which I completed in 2000 all in Berekum in the Brong Ahafo Region.I couldn't continued to the tertiary level because of my younger brothers who are also in school and my dad was the only bread winner. I chose to enter into beauty business and with the help of my parents I opened a small cosmetics shop.

My Business

My shop is located in amangoase in Berekum around the public borehole.I deals in all types of cosmetics products which is body creams,lotions,hair foods sprays and roll on.The business is doing well because demand is high. saloons comes to retails shampoos and hair food. Also men and women never stop using this products. I want my business to be good in competotion.I use my income for stocks and to support my younger brothers education.I have one employee but as the business grows I hope to add more people and that way I will also create employment to out of school youths in my community. Currently I have about 45 retailers who rely on me to supply them and I believe many more can be found if I had a financial support. .Thanks a lot to Zidisha team and I believe with your support I can achieve my dreams.

Loan Proposal

Thanks once again, as I applied before, I used my loan to buy more stocks of cosmetic and hair products. My daily sales increased from $80-$100. Due to this my income really increased and it had a great impact in my life.
I'm applying for this second loan and I will use it to buy more hand dryers and cosmetics. Also I want to open up my shop in the near future.
